I Want to Enjoy Everything, My Mindful Living Reflection
Lately, I’ve been thinking about mindful living, how I want to enjoy every moment, not just exist, even when things are hard.

I want to enjoy everything, I want to enjoy every moment, I want to enjoy when I sleep,
I want to enjoy when I am awake,
I want to enjoy when I am sad, I want to enjoy when I am HAPPY! I want to feel and enjoy all my feelings and emotions,
I want to enjoy being a human,
I want to BE instead of existing only.
I am tired of being burned out, anxious, and depressed.
I understand now that it is a feeling that I am more prone to experience
But I want to limit it as much as possible. I am Strong. I am Happy. I am creative.
And more than all, I am Myself, and I owe it to myself to always Be Myself, fully!
