Create simple, soothing daily habits that nourish your mind and spirit. From cute incense holders to a visual timer, these products are curated to help you build comforting self-care ritual tools that support your mental health and spark joy, every single day.
3-in-1 ADHD Timer & Visual Timer
Look at that! If it is not the perfect tool for at least trying to be productive. It can be helpful for the one like me who can’t sit still for a long time and gets distracted easily. I love the color, too, because it grabs my attention.
Cat Incense Holder
As a cat worshipper, this was a must-have in my bedroom. I love a nice smell, especially from incense, and this holder is not only cute, but it does the job perfectly.
Self-Soothing Tools
Soft, grounding, and sensory-friendly for a self-care ritual tools to ease anxiety and bring you back to center. These self-soothing essentials are perfect for neurodivergent minds and anyone needing a cozy pause. Think: plush textures, warm compresses, calming scents, and weighted love.
Weighted Siamese Cat Plush
Once again, another cat… what can I say? I already told you that I was a cat worshipper! As someone who is currently struggling with anxiety and lack of focus, holding this cute plushie helps me to stay… grounded (if I can put it like that). I would definitely recommend, especially if you lack focus or need a little bit of pressure during snuggles… You do not have to get the cat, there are many other animals that are waiting to be loved or snuggled aggressively…
Herbs & Kitchen Magic
Bring intention and a little magic into your kitchen rituals. This collection includes enchanting herbs, herbal tools, and kitchen accessories designed for everyday alchemy, herbal tea moments, and your inner kitchen witch. This is part of my self-care ritual tools.
Glass Teapot
I am a Tea addict. I do not like coffee because it gets me too hyper, and it worsens my insomnia. This teapot is perfect for those who want to add a little touch of cuteness during their tea time. I love watching the blossoming herbs during the brewing. Also, it is very easy to watch and even dishwasher-friendly.
Books & Journals
Explore curated books and journals that inspire self-discovery, creativity, and healing. Whether you’re looking to understand your neurodivergence, journal your emotions, or deepen your spirituality, these picks are cozy companions on your journey.
Divergent Mind
We cannot speak about a neurodivergent diagnosis without mentioning this “Iconic” book. This book has been my fellow companion from the moment I started suspecting my diagnosis to when I was officially diagnosed. You can imagine how smug I was when my psychiatrist recommended the book, and I informed her that I already had it. This book would be a beautiful guide for every neurodivergent who needs an understanding of their situation, but also for every friend, parent, or curious neurotypical who is curious about the divergent mind.
The Mini ADHD Coach
If you have ADHD, this one is definitely for you! Alice Gendron really put something magical in this book because… it was (and still is) so helpful to me. Okay so let’s be honest, when I started suspecting that I was neurodivergent, I thought that I was on the Autism Spectrum. I was totally taken aback when my psychiatrist told me that I also had ADHD. Can you imagine? I was lost, surprised, a little bit relieved, but mostly lost. This book is the main reason I was able to get a hold of myself, it was easy to read, I immediately focused on the pages and was less distracted… Well, I can go hours and hours talking about it but if you want your own experience…
Comfort & Cozy
Everything you need to feel held, warm, and at peace. These comfort and cozy essentials are for slow evenings, soft baths, and quiet moments that help you reset and feel safe in your space. Designed for softness…inside and out. This is part of my self-care ritual tools.
Leaf Weighted Blanket
One thing about me, I love cute things that are practical. This cozy blanket not only helps you relax but can also serve as decor in your living room, bedroom, or wherever you choose to use it. A must have as a self-care ritual tools.
