Welcome to The Casual Oversharer, a mental health lifestyle blog and chaotic little corner of the internet… where I ramble about mental health, life struggles, impulsive purchases, and whatever random spiral I’m currently in.
I’m just your average overthinking, tea-addicted, perpetually-tired-but-still-trying Black girl trying to survive this trip called Life.
I started this mental health lifestyle blog because I needed a place to scream (softly). To vent. To laugh. To cry. To overshare without hearing ”Daang, that’s crazy.”
I wanted this to be more than a diary, a real mental health lifestyle blog for anyone who feels like a little too much sometimes.
Whether I’m talking about my latest anxiety spiral, my self-love glow-up attempts, or that time I tried Pilates and ended up in a full-body cramp for what seemed like eternity, I promise to keep it real and funny.
This is a no-perfection-zone, a soft space for growth, and hopefully, a place where you feel a little less alone in this life.
